Powered by liquid propane gas, this grill runs on a 20-pound tank (not included) and reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivering high temps and maintaining even heat. With 435 square inches of primary cooking space, you can grill up to 24 burgers, 20 chicken breasts, or 12 steaks. The 130-square-inch warming rack allows you to cook with indirect heat and keep food warm.

The stainless-steel Chef's Delite tray shields more delicate foods from the heat and prevents small items from falling through the grates. Small holes on the bottom of the tray allow the chargrilled flavor to reach your food. This grill has a 37,000 BTU rating, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking performance.

A 10,000 BTU side burner lets you keep your sides and sauces warm while you grill. You can also use it to boil water, sauté vegetables, or brew a pot of coffee. When not in use, you can flip the lid down and use the surface as an additional workspace.

The large side shelf provides ample space to set plates, tools, sauces, and rubs while you grill. The side shelf and side burner are compatible with Char-Broil's Gear Trax accessories (sold separately), which allow you to customize your workspace with items like condiment baskets, cup holders, and tool hooks, for maximum efficiency and convenience.

The cast-iron grates are porcelain-coated to resist rust and make them easier to clean. They retain heat to cook food evenly and leave impressive grill marks. The control knobs, which are LED-illuminated to provide distinctive style and ambient light when grilling at night, allow you to raise and lower the flame for each burner by turning them clockwise to increase the heat or counterclockwise to decrease it.

A removable grease tray catches drippings and slides out for easy cleaning. You can insert an aluminum liner to contain the drippings and keep the grease tray clean, and simply throw the liner away when you're done.
